About Kurve
Kurve is a free online Arcade game that runs right in your browser. There is nothing to download and no account to create: press Play and you are in. It works on desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile.
Achtung, die Kurve! (Zatacka, 1995) rebuilt on measurements taken off the original DOS binary under DOSBox: a 559x480 field, 70 pixels a second, a smallest turning circle 57 pixels across, a 3-pixel trail, and a hole punched in that trail every 195 pixels that is 8 pixels long — the hole is the whole game, because without it the field locks solid. Up to six players on one keyboard with the original key pairs down to the mouse-button player, a lobby you join by pressing your own key, bots to fill the field, two thumbs each for two players on a phone, and a seed in the URL so a match replays exactly.
How to play
Press the Play button to load the game. Most games are played with the mouse or by tapping the screen; keyboard games use the arrow keys, WASD or the space bar. Read the in-game instructions for the exact controls, and use the fullscreen button for the best experience.
